The members voted to accept this tentative agreement after rejecting the initial settlement reached in March 2014.

Members negotiated a 10.37 per cent and 7.39 per cent wage increase for a majority of the employees, a 2.5 per cent retroactive payment and a 2.5 per cent signing bonus. The collective agreement will contain a six step wage grid, a grievance procedure, job posting language and layoff and recall language.
