NBU welcomes 31 IT workers from community colleges to the union

Preparations will now begin to negotiate a new collective agreement for the information technology members.

Information technology workers at New Brunswick community colleges join NBU/NUPGE

Thirty-one workers who are employed by New Brunswick Community Colleges in the field of information technology are now NBU/NUPGE members.

Over the next few months, negotiations will begin for a new collective agreement.

The Union is pleased to have these new members as part of its labour community. NBU/NUPGE will work to defend members’ rights under their respective collective agreement and will work with the employer to find solutions to create a work environment that is respectful, equitable, fair and efficient.
