OPSEU members join public Medicare supporters in Niagara-on-the-Lake

OPSEU/NUPGE members urge premiers to get on side with the Health Accord.

Niagara-on-the-Lake (26 July 2013) – Members of the Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSEU/NUPGE) showed their support for an improved Health Accord while the premiers were meeting at the Council of the Federation this week.

 

Members of the National Union of Public Employees (NUPGE) from across the country joined hundreds at the Shadow Summit organized to send a message to Canada's political leaders to renew the Canada Health Accord.

This is the last meeting the First Ministers will have with the Prime Minister before the Health Accord expires in 2014.
