SGEU supports Saskatchewan families competing in horseback finals

“A large majority of our staff and members roots are in rural Saskatchewan, and we are proud to support the SRCA in giving back to their communities,” said SGEU President Bob Bymoen.

Regina (27 Sept. 2013) - The Saskatchewan Government and General Employees Union (SGEU/NUPGE)  is proud to support Saskatchewan families participating in the Saskatchewan Riding Clubs Association (SRCA) provincial finals taking place in Moose Jaw from September 27-29 at the Golden Mile Arena.

SGEU/NUPGE connects with community through Riding Club finals

The SRCA provides opportunities for people of all ages to compete in a variety of horseback riding events, including a particular focus on the youth and entry level riders, which has attributed to their success over the years.

“A large majority of our staff and members roots are in rural Saskatchewan, and we are proud to support the SRCA in giving back to their communities,” said SGEU President Bob Bymoen.

SGEU/NUPGE represents nearly 20,000 members, and more than 30 per cent live and work in rural Saskatchewan, hundreds are farming and ranching experts coming from Crop Insurance and Agristability; working to ensure our farmers receive comprehensive coverage and financial assistance for their farms.
