Probation Officers

Probation and Parole Officers are mandated with protecting the public, rehabilitating the offender and ensuring that justice is served. They are integral parts of the entire process an offender passes through - from pre-trial to post-sentencing.
 
All of this would be a tall order under the best circumstances.
 
Unfortunately, the system in Canada is not operating as well as it should.
