Young Workers - poem

`

Young Workers

     By Theo Hill, age 15

What do you see when you look at me?

You see lazy

You see unmotivated

You see needy

You see awkward

What do you see when you look me?

You see arrogance

You see wanderers

You see entitled

You see distracted

What do you see when you look at me?

You see ignorance

You see greedy

You see self-absorbed

You see impulsive

What do you see when you look at me?

You see irresponsible

You see emotional

You see compulsiveness

You see incompetence

You see young workers…

What do I see when I look at me?

I see creativity

I see quick learners

I see clever

I see motivated

What do I see when I look at me?

I see extraordinary

I see inspiring

I see energetic

I see courageous

What do I see when I look at me?

I see enthusiastic

I see fascinated

 I see captivated

I see passionate

What do I see when I look at me?

I see ambition

I see generous

I see positivity

I see talent

I see the end of ageism in our workforce and that is why unions matter!
