The award came after five days of mediation-arbitration which took place last week and concludes a process that began in October, 2016.
If ratified, the agreement provides a mediation-arbitration process that will conclude collective agreements for bargaining committees for health care, nursing, support services, and administrative professionals.
The Council of Unions wants to send a message to the employers and government to take collective bargaining, and the Council's proposals seriously and work with the Council to get a deal done.
