April 28 is the Day of Mourning for Workers Injured and Killed on the Job. Union's have struggled for decades to make workplaces safer but much more needs to be done!
Co-workers nominated Hamilton for her service to workplace safety saying, "Safety just seems to be in her blood."
MGEU/NUPGE appeal should ensure no other worker is discriminated against when making psychological claims.
The National Union says that more needs to be done to make workplaces safer. More employers need to be held responsible for the results of their negligence.
