DynaLIFE Dx workers urged to take part in survey

'A third party conducts the survey and your identity is secure in the process.'

Edmonton (28 July 2010) - The Health Sciences Association of Alberta (HSAA/NUPGE) is urging all of the employees it represents with DynaLIFE Dx to participate in a survey currently being conducted by the company.

"DynaLIFE Dx has recently undertaken an employee satisfaction survey which we are told has been mailed to all employees," the union advises.

"HSAA strongly recommends that all our members take the opportunity to fill out the survey. This survey is voluntarily undertaken by DynaLIFE Dx and it is your opportunity to provide objective and honest feedback to your employer," it notes.

"A third party conducts the survey and your identity is secure in the process. This kind of information allows an employer to address issues of employee concern, to identify and focus on strengths, to identify and address weaknesses and to allow employees an opportunity to participate directly in improving their quality of work life," HSAA adds.

"It is in your best interest to participate - so fill out that survey today. Talk to your manager if you have not yet received a copy in the mail. HSAA will be asking DynaLIFE Dx for a copy of the survey report when it becomes available."
