All Nations Coordinated Response Network survey

Research assesses overall job satisfaction and outlines workers' insights into the strengths and weaknesses of ANCR organization.

Winnipeg (3 March 2010) - The Manitoba Government and General Employees' Union (MGEU/NUPGE) commissioned a telephone survey last summer of members working for the All Nations Coordinated Response Network (ANCR).

The research examined overall job satisfaction and sought insights into the strengths of the ANCR and of areas in need of improvement. Questions explored workers' perceptions of various relationships and responsibilities on the job as well as ways to bring positive changes in the workplace.

Results were presented to ANCR members in the fall. The local executive has now decided to release the results of the phone survey. They are available at the link below.
