We can either have it embeded, like so.

Or, use the default /file and disable the Show inine embed. This will give us the link belwo without the embed window.

Or type in some text for a link. Upload the PDF in the media library (or find it in the media library). Get the URL of the DPF file and add a link to the text.

Another option is to create a custom post type called “Letter” and put all the letters there. I think uploading the PDF in media library then directly linking to a story is best.

Right now we have to replace the old Research pages with PDFs with new posts in because external pages might be linked to them.
